Changes in the Price List for Legal Entities and Conditions for Lending

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that as of 7th of January 2019 the following changes in the Tariff for Legal Entities and the General terms and conditions for Lending come into force as follows:

1. Changes in fees in section Loans as follows:

  •  Introducing a Fee for non-submission of documents for annual financial monitoring and / or for failure to fulfill a condition under a loan agreement:
  • - For a loan with original amount up to EUR 500 000 - EUR 500;
  • - For a loan with original amount above EUR 500 000 - EUR 1 250.

2. Changes in p.14 and p.28 in General terms and conditions for Lending.

As of 5th of March 2019 the following changes in the Tariff for Legal Entities come into force:

1. Changes in the fee for Current account as follows:

  •  Monthly maintenance fee EUR 12.50, which includes:
  • -  Visa debit card
  • -  FlexSave account
  • -  Internet banking with up to 3 users;
  •  Monthly maintenance fee EUR 25, which includes:
  • -  Visa debit card
  • -  FlexSave account
  • -  Internet banking with 4 users or more.
