Changes in the Terms and Conditions for payment services, effective from 07.10.2025

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you regarding the following changes in the General Terms and Conditions for Payment Services (GTCPS) of ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) EAD – Thessaloniki Branch, which shall enter into force as of 7/10/2025:

-          Term 13: insertion of reference regarding joint accounts

-          Term 14: information regarding the fee in distraints  

-          Term 22-23: reference regarding the legal framework of deposit accounts guarantee

-          Term 28: Insertion of informative reference regarding Joint bank accounts

-          Term 39: information regarding the payment date of deposit accounts

-          Term 44: verbal reformulation regarding interest calculating procedure on FLEXSAVE accounts

-          Term 65: extended information about the instant transfers in EUR

-          Term 71: replacement in reference articles

-          Term 110: information about the new service Verification of Payee (VoP), offered via internet banking

-          Term 117: introduction of an article regarding the right of the legal representative to revoke the credentials of users in prob@nking

-          Term 121: Update of the mentioned legislative framework

-          Term 124: introduction of an article regarding the restriction right of the bank on prob@nking system

-          Term 143: clarification on the type of notifications sent to the client by the Bank, in case an outgoing instant transfer is rejected.

-          Term 168: information regarding the dormant and the inactive bank accounts
