Housing loan applications can be submitted by Greek citizens (individuals holding a permanent residence certificate). They must have a regular income, pays and good credit history.

There are two lending options - floating interest adjusted in line with the benchmark in the beginning of each 3-month period and an interest fixed for the 5-years period. You can choose between the two options.

The loan amount can be from 30 000 EUR up to 250 000 EUR but mostly it depends on your income, the self-participation of the property of the purchase price and the costs of the property.

Our standard policy is to finance 80% of the property price. It is therefore recommended that you are able to self-finance 20% of the transaction amount.

We do finance properties that are still under construction upon terms that are identical to those described above. With this type of transactions it is, however, important that the payment stages of the construction and the loan disbursement stages are time matched. Our experts will be able to offer the best solution.

All the fees for the house loan are included in the calculator with which you can calculate what the total amount due will be. You can also calculate what the annual percentage rate of charge (APRC) will be.

There is an early repayment fee if you make early repayment of the house loan up to 12 months of the disbursement in the amount of 1%. If the early repayment of the house loan is more than 12 months from the loan disbursement, then it will be free of charge.

We only require that your property is insured. Life insurance is not required.
